Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in an automotive dealership environment
- Deep understanding of dealership accounting, flooring, manufacturer reporting, and fixed operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments
- Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or advanced financial certification preferred
